Do you store our manuscript?
No. Your file is permanently deleted immediately after analysis completes. We only retain the rating data, never the source text.
Can we contest a rating?
Yes. Email us with context and we'll review. We take accuracy seriously — if we got something wrong, we'll correct it.
What file formats do you accept?
EPUB, PDF, and TXT. No DRM-protected files (this includes Kindle files encrypted with Amazon DRM).
How long does analysis take?
Most books complete in 30–60 minutes. Complex books (800+ pages) may take a few hours.
Can we choose not to display a rating?
Once submitted and paid, ratings are permanent and public. BookLens is an objective reference — we do not offer selective publishing.
